A year full of smiles, new relationships, and lots of flowers! We had highs and lows, good and bad..but this year, more than ever, I am so thankful for the friends and family closest to me to enjoy the good, and get through the rough.
FEBRUARY
My first bouquet of flowers from Philip:) They came as a surprise budded and ready to bloom and became this!

Momma, Kayla, and I had a great trip to Austin and Waco over our Spring Break:)
Tagged along with Kayla and Lance for a pretty day of fishing at MawMaw's
My poor Jager got hit out on the road and we spent lots of time recovering together:)
APRIL
This day. This day was the best. We flew kites, had a Sundae party AND got off half a day for the Railroad Festival.
Mail from Mel made my day:)
Philip moved home the weekend of Railroad Festival. What more could I ask for? ;)
An ordinary Thursday that turned into dinner and a sunset view from the rooftop of L'auberge.

He hosted our Annual Church Fish Fry!

August was the month of date nights apparently because I have lots of pictures of some great food;)

SEPTEMBER
Ohhh September..I'll never forget you!
We celebrated Peepaw's 80th!
We celebrated Mel getting married!
We got SO excited for Fall!!
and we celebrated THIS!! This day was amazing:)

OCTOBER
We hit THREE weddings!

DECEMBER
December
1st was great! Momma surprised us with lunch, Daddy surprised us with
ducks, we had a wrapping party and it was "Deck the Halls" at school:)
It
was a rainy weekend, so I sat down the first part of the day with
pretty wedding magazines and braved the rain for Parade of Homes that
night:)

Looking back, it was a great year. Full of family, flowers, and fun:)
Our
year ended at a low point, but through lots of prayer we got through a
really rough time. Peepaw is getting better every day! He is so strong,
funny, and loves his life enough to fight for his health! Today, January
4th, he was able to get out of bed and walk around his hospital room.
Now we just can't wait for him to be HOME! and he can't either.
